Hi! Veer, is it possible to make Event manager more powerful to work with RSVP audience? For example, filter theme by invitation status (attend/can attend / Do not visit), registration date, etc. Perform mass actions such as sending private message, emails/alerts to filtered list.

This feature of event-based audience management would be especially useful for commercial events, where organizers need to work with the audience in future (sending PM, emails/alerts).

RSVP list in CSV is great but not convenient to work later on if organizer want to contact internally with any suggestions for his event (or after event)

Events Manager (v2.3.11.3) uses a response-based RSVP system (Attending / Maybe / Not attending), not an invite-based workflow.
So at this time, we do not provide a built-in audience CRM-style panel with advanced filtered segments (e.g., invitation status, registration-date filters) plus bulk PM/email/alert actions to those filtered subsets.

What is currently available:
  • RSVP management on events (including occurrence-aware RSVP for repeating events)
  • RSVP participant list CSV export (permission-based)
  • Notify attendees tools designed for quick internal messaging to RSVP participants (Attending/Maybe context)
We always recommend purchasing based on what is available today, not on possible future additions.

If you’d like this expanded audience-management workflow, please post it in our Suggestions forum with clear workflow details based on the current response-based RSVP model. We actively review, plan, and ship feature updates from suggestions.

I'm still sifting through all the features, but can someone tell me if one is able to create events where the visibility is limited to specific user groups, or even selected users?

Similarly, is there the ability to display widgets in subforums/areas that are only accessible to specific groups, and have only the events for that group displayed in that area?

I hope that makes sense.

Basically, think of a "groups" addon, I want that group to be able to create/manage/view their events and have that be private to them. Effectively that "group" is a subforum only accessible by a specific usergroup.
