I'm on 1.3.5 and it's going on.

You can find the report id by using inspect element on top of it.
That's the only real workaround that I know of. I haven't tried clicking on the date.

They used to be good. Maybe they have had a change of circumstances. Still when we're paying an annual support charge, there really ought to be more transparency.

Stuart - did you get a response from your help ticket? These sneaky reports with no titles are getting to be a real nuisance!

Edit - I just submitted a support ticket too.

Definitely the way to go. Better to ask at the source IMHO.

I had an issue open as well but never did check to see if there was a reply yet.

Another question though--exactly how does this calculate feedback scores? I have a member who had a score of 25, which has since dropped to 20 (or so he claims) and has had no negatives. Time-related? Feedback from same member not counted more than once? What gives?
 
I really hate that when user is entering feedback via the overlay, if they make one mistake, the error is thrown and *all of their feedback review text* is wiped. That's a lot of lost work down the drain.

Months ago, XC informed me that an upcoming update would enable an option to disable said overlay. Hope it's coming soon!.... :whistle:
 
Great addons have always small things to improve it.
I hope xCentral keep it updated. is a great product.

I have this addon running absolutely perfect in the latest version of xF 1.4.4
I still have not suggested anything yet to the developer.
Have you've suggested something to improve it? would be great to hear it. :)
