I converted a cart and assigned it to a user. (so I manually activated a license for him?)
But in product page, when I clikc on Product licenses, he is not listed there.
Although when I search the licenses, I see him.

Any opinion will be appreciated

That tab shows a user their licenses. It doesn't show any one else's licenses.

There are pages which show you a list of all orders and licenses.

Is it possible to add multiple use title for each purchase, for user? (better if not creating new user group.)
Just like what Bob did in his site? you can see who purchased what products (even if you purchase 6 add-ons, you will get 6 titles or banners):

When you create the product, you can specify user groups a user can be added to while the license is active. The user group can even be created automatically for you. You then give those user groups whatever banner you like.

That's how it's done on Bob's site.

There should never be a reason to shy away from creating user groups. I see no reason why it would be "better if not creating" them.

Just because I don't know how would their permissions be controlled.

It adds them as a secondary group. It doesn't need to have any permissions attached.

• How to add free products? (so that users without going to paypal be able to add it to their licenses?)
• How to set a license as Lifetime?

Set the price to 0

Set the initial support duration to 0

When I want to add change logs while sending new version of product, when I past a text in field, the new field doesn't come below it.
I should start typing until new fields come in.

I am not sure why but when I click /index.php?products/
it goes to /index.php?products/&order=updated
and I get a blank page.

Others pages works fine (index.php?products/add etc).

There's no review system. I can't recall if it has been suggested before, or not. It might be worth posting a suggestion at https://xenresources.com though if not.

if you have permission you will see a "Covert Cart" button while viewing the cart.

You made a small typo here. Its not a 'covert' button but a 'convert' button.

Chris, can this be used to create a PayPal subscription for the purchase, rather than having to rely on people manually renewing their licences each time they expire?

No but it would potentially be trivial to do, I think. I'll give it some consideration for XPM 1.3.
