XF 1.5 Wrong users count

After migration from phpbb something goes wrong with users count or statistics.

Totally 398 users (migrated - 394 and then added 4 newbies).
They are all valid.
All caches rebuilded.

Users count in sidebar statistics is 398. It is clear.
User count in ACP is 1. Why?
Last member is "Alexander 356". But in ACP and Home both shown "app64" (first member in fact).

So what to do?

These are updated periodically, so it's most likely that they hadn't been updated yet when you checked.

How regularly updated? I watch that more than 2 days.

Normally 10 minutes. That would either imply your crons aren't running -- you can confirm that by looking at the next run date for the cron entries -- or that there is some element that makes them not count (the user state and their banned state).
