Fixed Wrong phrase used when rebuilding search index

When rebuilding the search index from the Admin Control Panel, the 'Rebuilding...' screen just uses the content type as the name of the phrase, instead of using the value from the getSearchContentTypePhrase method, which was added in XenForo 1.2 (see here).

I've changed this. It calls the handler's method above where possible. Thanks.
