There are likely older queries there that are the ones that are fundamentally executing, but everything you're showing likely just points to the server being totally overloaded/starved for resources. When you have a busy forum and there's a massive load spike, it's likely to just compound and get worse unless/until you interrupt it (such as disabling access to the server for your users).

You may need to kill many of these queries manually.

That's really just the query timing out (unsurprising if the query was running/waiting more than 400 seconds, likely blocked by another query).
