Windows 8 will bring apps, social media, services, innovation to desktop

I think peripherals will adapt to the changes, if that were to indeed happen. In fact, I see it getting easier as the tech gets fundamentally smaller overall.

Microsoft is partnered with most of the peripheral makers, so chances are they'll work with them to support Windows 8.
 
Under the Metro UI it looks a lot like Win 7. You can put lip-gloss on a swine, but...........

On second thought, I should reserve judgement.:confused:
 
Well if your judgement is shrouded in bias then nothing that microsoft does will be considered innovative.

For the rest we can enjoy it like this guy
