It's seldom a support thread will go unanswered, if ever. Infact, at times there's a big fight who gets there first.![]()

Well coming from working for one of the best companies in the WORLD, Apple... I take the theory behind the products and Steve Jobs vision...
Was he the first to make a computer, an mp3 player, a smart phone, a tablet? No... but he just made them better and kept all of the styling clean and simple.
So while XF may not be the first one's out there to create forum software, their vision seems to be better and cleaner and more simplistic.
EXACTLY!When you go to the vBulletin.com site you may wait for ever for a response at ALL! Also they are not the most friendly, and they act like you are just annoying them by asking a lot of questions. Especially for someone that can get around tech-wise and when you have a question of how to do something, they just send you some crazy codes and say "that's it!" --- While I am sitting there scared to death and they don't make it really clear. I nearly caused my site to crash once by tinkering around in style sheets that I really had no idea what I was doing!
So yeah, the community here is hands down 10x better and more friendly and helpful. There isn't this aire of tech-support and the tech geeks being superior to other members that may not understand or know as much. So this forum is what really pushed me to go ahead and switch. My migration should be happening today!
