XF 2.0 Why can't I edit the Terms and rules page?

I want to add some stuff to my Terms and rules page, but it won't let me edit it. Why, and is there any way to override it?

It's a beta version so all of the things aren't quite ready to be used yet.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing. I'm talking about modifying the template in the Help pages.

You can't directly edit the master version of the included help pages. You'd either edit the phrase that's used or the template in your style directly.
