We are currently having an issue in our community where it is not clear who marked a specific solution for a question thread.

Is there any way to see who marked the solution? (Modlog, etc.)

This feature is missing out of the box. Added in my add-on (paid):

[OzzModz] Mark As Solution Log

Store "mark" and "unmark" as solution actions in moderator action log

Assuming the permissions have not been changed out of the box, only the thread author or a moderator can mark posts as solutions.
