XF 1.5 White Page and Broken Pages

So I disabled all of my add-ons at once, which I have done previously over the week over 6 times, and this time I ended up getting a white page on my forum and broken pages in the ACP. Now I tried to enable all of the add-ons again to see if that would work and now I have a broken forum and a broken ACP (was broken even when add-ons were disabled).

I have no idea where to start looking for possible solutions. Any help would be appreciated.

Try rebuilding the master data via the /install path.
