XF 1.4 Which directory do we upload addons to?

As I've indicated previously, I am still new to XF. I am trying to upload a new addon. And after following the instructions listed here, I am still confused.

Your instructions say;

Upload the add-ons files into your XenForo installation. This will usually create a new directory within the library/ directory in your XenForo installation. In general, this shouldn’t overwrite any existing files.

My question is, exactly what folder do I upload the files within the XenForo installation?

However, I believe you are referring to the post content replace add-on, which isn't packaged like most other add-ons.

For that particular add-on, upload the PostReplace folder to the library directory on the server.

You need to upload the add-on files into your XenForo installation root. If you have your forum installed in /community, you need to upload the files into that folder, etc.
