XF 2.3 Where's it Gone?

All the permissions are green.

Yet if I log out the forum is there!

if you're in multiple groups, and one groups is set to NEVER, the never prevails. set it to No instead.

Thankfully, XF provides a tool to check permissions for troubleshooting.
