ACP gone

When I log in today all the tools are gone on the left side and it says I have the correct php. What happened? I can't do anything without my admin tools.

I have restored but it is the same thing. But how do I find someone I can hire? I just asked you about this, whether I should upgrade or buy a license. Now I bought a license twice that turned out wrong. After I made the purchase you come in and now write that I should upgrade. I don't understand you. You have had several days to answer me but when you see that I bought a license you suddenly come in and say that I should upgrade. I don't think you are honest. It's so that you have to feed you money to get an answer at a time.

I can assure you that XF staff are not crooks.

If I remember correctly, when you first started this thread your license was expired, so they advised you that you need to buy a renewal for your license to get ticket support. This is standard for this software: you need an active license for this support. It sounds like you then bought a new second license, is that correct? This would only waste your money as it's only relevant if you were running a second site and not get you any extra support. It's this second, accidental license that @Jeremy P said that XF can refund.

Hi, since I started this thread I've done everything. I didn't want to give up. I googled a lot and came across a thread that is about the same problem I have.

I upgraded a v1.5 instance to v2.1.10 Patch 2 (currently the latest) on my local DDEV environment.

Prior to upgrade, I was able to run Xenforo 1.5 without any issues.

After the upgrade, the forum works without any issues; I can navigate between forums and threads without any problem.
However, I can only see the "Tools" and "Development" sections in the admin side. Everything else gives me the "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." error. Even when I try to edit my own profile: /admin.php?users/superadmin.1/edit

I have the following...

in is_super_admin there is a value that is 0. I changed it to 1 and all of a sudden I got everything back. My question is, how did it change from 1 to 0?
