Where are those users?

I recently merged an IPB forum with mine and got additional 2.5k members. My form had around 2k members on its own before the merge. But after the merge stats say that their are only 2.8k users. I see all of them in the database. The database have around 4.8k users but they are not shown in the statistics.

I just don`t know why is this happening. Can anyone help me in this?

Only confirmed users are shown in the stat's on the front end.

Do a user search in the ACP for all non-valid users.
Also check the banned users list.
