Lack of interest When agreeing to terms and rules, move accept button to bottom of page

When a user gets the 'agree to the terms and rules' page please move the 'Accept' area to the bottom of the page instead of immediately at the top.

At least that way the user might actually take a passing glance at them instead of just immediately clicking the button. 😆
