what is the confirm email link?

Hello,

I'm getting ready to send out first email blast out since we moved to xenfor and I see several users that are in the "unregistered or unconfirmed email" group.
I want to include a clickable link that would allow anyone to confirm their account if needed.

I had actually thought about that, trying to change them to another group and back, but hadn't yet.

PS.. The fix Brogan posted is helping, but it's a shame I have to possible go through all 4,000 users to make sure that Registered actually means Registered.
