XF 1.5 What is awaiting email confirmation

What is awaiting email confirmation?
Is it spam???
Is there any risk if I valid that user???

Is there any option to confirmation with mobile number.
I tried to attach facebook log in option but i didn't get it

No, there is no option to do that. Email confirmation is only done when we need to confirm that the email is valid; Facebook has already done that so we don't prompt again.
