Made a tuna pasta bake last night, but no photo heh
I roasted a sirloin joint on Saturday, if that counts

I actually had a busy day yesterday as I made a lamb stew as well (I usually make enough to last me a week).

I must stop making bread tho - I ate half of the loaf in one go (who can resist hot bread!?)

I wouldn't mind trying that, I'd love to know how places like Tesco make TIGER bread or rolls, that stuff is delicious!

I only make Sourdough can't eat commercial breads (or any processed food really).

Even my stews take 3+ days to prepare/make (depending on ingredients).

I would love a range cooker that is on all day

I am almost finished with my bar. Bar lights are installed. They are on full bright to offset the outside light.

Wow that looks awesome - you can come and do my kitchen next if you want

PS quick tip re lighting, if you have a camera with an auto mode, focus on an area indoors (before framing the picture) and it 'should' automatically offset the outdoor/strong lighting.
