what happens on "Report" of Profile-post ?

who is actually getting a notification when somebody "reports" a bad post at someones user-profile ?

Is the "Report" being received by the User-Profile-owner or by the website-Admin ?
Or received by both ?

It's received by the moderation team. The profile owner is alerted when the message is received (unless they turn that off), so they can make a decision of what to do then. If they have a particular significant issue, they could report it themselves (eg, spam). Alternatively, reporting allows the non-owner to notify someone of bad content.
