It looks like an error related to the Showcase add-on. You'll need to post for support in that add-on's discussion thread.

This looks to be happening during the install of an add on. Showcase specifically. Therefore I would recommend contacting the author for support.

Post a request for help either at Bob's site or in the discussion group if you have a valid licensed copy. It's an issue that comes up every now and then and has Bob is more than happy to help out on resolving it... for licensed users.

BTW, you may want to look at the license for XF, section 3 paragraph 3.
