What does the triangle exclamation warning icon mean?

If you hover over it you will see a message about viewing an error - it typically means they are trying to view content for which they don't have permission.

Is there way with XF2 to see the actual route they were trying to see? For some reason I thought with XF1 it was possible and now it's driving me nuts trying to remember if it actually did that or if there was an add-on or something I'm thinking off. With XF2 it seems that hovering over the action description for the 'triangle' listings are all DispatchError.
