XF 1.4 We can not see one thread, why?

Our favorite subject, deleted :)

I looked at the records do not have anything.

"Database" I looked, yes there is.

But the "thread" is missing.

what can i do

Your phpMyAdmin screenshot is from a random post in the thread, but not the thread itself (which I presume doesn't exist).

I can't really recommend manipulating the database directly to attempt to insert a thread record. Ideally, you'd restore a backup prior to the problem.
