I particularly liked the warning:
Members of the public are not allowed to keep pieces of the satellite that may fall to Earth, or sell them on eBay, as they remain the property of the US government.
So they're not remotely interested in whether anyone is injured or not, just whether they'll have their property returned...

Exactly. And I got news for 'em. If a piece of it falls in my yard, I am keeping that sucker.

Does house or health insurance cover this sort of thing? :cautious:
When Russian Space Station was decommissioned few years ago, Russia took out insurance on the plunging SS just in case. I bet this one has it too.
