System users, such as from a spa or whatever because I am banned - if the cause of the display ban as a reason for users "rule violation" in a letter. How Can ı change "rule violation" to moderator wrote warn reason ?

This is controlled by the warning_ban_reason phrase. If you change it, it won't change the reason for users already banned.

There isn't an option to enter a custom ban reason.

What should write in phrase ? İ write {reason} but it is not changed...

You can only enter a static reason for all bans through warnings. That's what I meant that you can't enter a custom reason.
