Is there a way I can view all those sign ups that were rejected?
If you are referring to accounts which require approval by an administrator, an admin log entry is generated, but the user name and email address are not stored.
I'm more talking about those who get rejected at the sign up page.
I have a lot of emails saying "we were rejected on sign up, why?"
Trying to solve this.
That could be due to the SFS option - Reject registrations when this many warning flags are detected.
Also the DNSBL option - Block this registration.
Right, but how can I see those who have been rejected or how many it does or can I not?
Each action is stored in the Spam Trigger Log though because the users don't exist yet, they are not associated with a specific account.
My spam log was blocking quite a lot of sign ups per day and a lot that looked "legit".
I've edited the settings to the attached, seem ok guys?
You have it set to reject and moderate on 2 flags.
You may want to increase the reject value, but really it's a matter of tweaking the settings to suit your site/demographic.
Separate names with a comma.
