View "who voted" (usergroup permission)

However the flip side is public knowledge/member knowledge could discourage revenge downvotes (where enabled) but could also prevent some from downvoting when they want to.

I already voted this up. Should be admin choice.

I think the anonymity is better for vote integrity but I do see it as an option some would like to enable.
Without seeing this, you would never know if there was a mob up/down vote to get something through or for other malicious reasons.

What if you & I always downvoted @sbj's suggestions just because? There's no way for someone to investigate this behavior and follow up with it without there being an easily accessible UI, like there is with reactions, accessible to only those granted permissions.

Indeed. It should be a moderator permission, though, as it can turn into a "cool thing" to vote for because X, Y, & Z voted for it (vice-versa). However, an admin can always grant that moderator permission to Registered as well (admin choice).
