When looking through the resources in what’s new if a user using a mobile browser clicks view more the page is refreshed and they start at the top.

Yes, that's expected.

The widget is simply a preview of the first X items, but the View more link takes you to the full list of resources. It doesn't attempt to continue where you got up to.

. It doesn't attempt to continue where you got up to.

Is this a phrase in isolation on this page? As from a UX perspective if they click view more and are taken to a page with the same resources on it, that's not good.

Or is it possible to contain a tag to drop the page to the last resource on the first page?
