XF 1.5 View Counter Not Working?

Hello, my view counter for my forum is not working, any post that is made and viewed is not making the view counter go up and as I was researching about this, people say you need a Cron Entry for it, if that's the case it could have been deleted as my website was hacked awhile back and has had things deleted on it, anyone know a way I can fix this?

I have lots of stuff on here and I don't wanna lose it all.

Honestly, in that case you should migrate your data to a clean state. Who knows what else is missing or modified.

It works on public threads, but if it's a thread that is locked (I think) the view counter doesn't go up. Unless it has to do with permissions although even though all members are able to view the threads.

General:

Administration:

Administration permissions that were edited on registered users:

The rest in Administration besides these permission are on inherit.

And the permissions for General are ALL on inherit.
