Version string for fileless submissions?

I'm trying to see where is the conditional that hides the version_string field for fileless resource submissions. Thanks for pointing me out into right direction. Right now, the version_string is hidden which is a major issue for me.

I believe the template is resource_create. Template search should find it for you.

Thanks a lot Jeremy, that helped me to find all templates where the fileless conditionals are.
The template name is resource_add, for others.
