XF 1.3 Verification email not sending.

Hey,

My users are contacting me via contact form stating that they are not receiving the account verification email.

Contact form works. Email users works. Verification email...NOPE!

Host said they created a test account and it returned an error, then also showed this in the server logs: 2014-05-20 22:49:27.200 [INFO] [111.92.64.16:38307-0#APVH_my.domain.here.com] Abort request processing by PID:541444, kill: 1, begin time: 61, sent time: 61, req processed: 11

Any suggestions?

The error they provided really doesn't give any indication to what the problem is. Do they have more information?

No. None in xf admin either. They tested it again and it worked this time. Will keep an eye on it and report any errors if they come up.
