XF 2.0 vBulletin4 Importing Posts: infinite loop

I am running the importer via CLI and it seems to be stuck.

No error is shown but it is stuck on the same thread while continuous looping through the posts. $continueSameThread is always true, but I can't figure out why its not getting out of the loop?

I know you have another thread, but given that you've tagged this as 2.0, that would imply that you're not using the latest version of the importers. The latest version includes a number of fixes, including for one particular situation where this could happen.
