XF 1.5 VB4 import fails with 403 ?

At the import forum stage :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /xen/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Once this happens a new session results in the same error.

Nothing helpful I can see in the server error log.

So - where to go from here ?

That sounds like a mod_security issue.

Contact your host and they should be able to identify what's triggering it and whitelist it.

Perfect. Seems the import tripped two rules in the mod security system. Once those rules where temporarily disabled all was well.
