XF 1.3 vB redirection scripts and route filters

If you have vB redirection scripts within /forums/ and a route filter setup for find: forums/ replace: forum/ (incoming and outgoing), will the redirection scripts still work?

They should, as they still use the link generation routines which take filters into account.
