I have so far just one user that has a Macbook pro and safari browser. He sees all videos posted cut in half. I have no other complaints on this so I would think it is on his end. Has anyone else had this before and any suggestions I can pass on to him to get the issue fixed? See screen shots.

    Mike means which media site.

And are you using your own custom media bb code or an add-on?

Not sure on the media site. But it works for other users and we do use the s9e Media BBCodes pack 20160921 pack. This is the only guy having an issue. I would be hearing it from users if everybody or more then one was dealing with it. This guy says it is all videos no matter where they come from. Even Xenforo supported like youtube.

If it's related to that add-on, you will need to post in the add-on thread explaining the problem.

Otherwise, if it's a single user, then it's likely a local/browser issue which they would need to resolve at their end, possibly by hard refreshing the browser cache.

So far it is just this one user. I will tell him to dump his browser cache.

I've seen this before, I think its intermittent based on the browser and the way the media is served.

Do you know how they fixed it? I told the guy to dump the cache that @Brogan suggested. I have not heard back on that one yet.

The dump cache that @Brogan suggested has worked per the user. Not sure what caused it to do that but user states videos are all normal.
