XF 1.5 Users post's under Moderation?

Greetings there,

I have noticed that a few users on our forums have their posts flagged under moderation approval. After looking at their profile information, they seem to have nothing different from other users on our forums, as their user state is valid and not awaiting email approval.

How would one disable this moderation flag for a user by chance without changing actual permissions?

Are you referring to the Spam Cleaner Log? (https://example.com/admin.php?spam-cleaner/) If so, the user is not listed there.

@Mike, I see that there are quite some flags under this certain user for Akismet matched, though I cannot see what exactly is triggering this. Is there any way to unflag the certain user being triggered?

Akismet uses a heuristic system to guess whether something is spam. It won't always be 100% correct.

You can either lower the number of messages until you stop spam checking (it usually only makes sense for new members) or you can add this member to a group with the "Bypass spam check" permission applied. (We do that for all licensed customers for example, regardless of number of messages.)
