XF 2.1 Users not receiving email confirmation

Hi.

I have some issues with my xenforo forum. For a while users do not receive any email confirmation. I made some tests and I noticed that email aren't sent. I did a test from Tools from admin panel, and seems the outgoing email works fine. Any advice here?

In almost all cases the issues are due to server configuration (e.g. firewall), the email provider, network issues, or spam filters.

I did spoke with my web hosting, and they said none of my outgoing email has been blocked, so I’m just wondering what could be the issue

I saw the same thing on one of my forums so I registered a new test account and noticed no confirmation emails in my inbox until I checked the spam/junk folder. So I edited the phrase “your_account_is_currently_awaiting_confirmation_confirmation_sent_to_x” and added “If not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder for confirmation email.”
