XF 2.2 Users not getting email confirmation

When users sign up some are not getting the confirmation email to confirm their registration.

How do I fix this?
 
If it's only some then the emails are being spam trapped.

Are they MS email addresses?

You will need to remove the server IP address from their block lists.
 
I’ve been having this same issue for about two months. More so lately. I’ve been getting more emails from the “Contact Us” email we have posted stating that they never got the email confirmation link. I was at my friend’s house last night and watched him register, go through the whole process. He checked his spam folder and nothing. So I had to manually approve him with a temporary password so he could log into the site and set his own password. Email domains are across the board, gmail, live/outlook, iCloud, protonmail, just about everything. All I do is manually approve them but I would like to have it work like I used to without needing to intervene each time this happens.
