XF 1.4 "Users awaiting approval" is not inform.

I have seen that some users do registration without after check their email in order to click the validation link. I don't know why a lot of people are facing difficulties for such a thing. Maybe the registration reply email go to Junk folder or they are not familiar with the procedure.
Why these users are not appeared into "users awaiting approval" ?
I have to search every day manually the "list all users" for discover those cases and turn them valid. The forum is new and the users number is not big but when this number start to getting bigger, this would be very difficult.

"Users awaiting approval" is not the same as "users awaiting confirmation". The latter is totally down to the users taking action. If you're just making all of these users valid, you might as well just turn off email confirmation.

Optuions -> User Registration -> Enable Email Confirmation
