Usernames without <xen:username>

@Mike , I noticed that the username dropdown in navigation_visitor_tab and the list of users in sidebar_online_users doesn't make use of <xen:username>. Why is that?

Two possible reasons:

1) They don't want those instances to be rich.

2) They don't want to use the "username" class that is applied by the helper because it is active in the javascript register.
