XF 2.2 Username color according to title

Is it possible to make it so that the usernames have the color of their title for example:

1000 posts
Hotfix

500 posts
Hotfix

200 posts
Hotfix

100 posts
Hotfix

0 posts
Hotfix

So, your username would be displayed in a different color according to how many messages you've sent.

Thank you. Would you mind to tell me where can I change the order of the widgeds on the sidebar?

For example, showing the latest post UNDER the latest profile post. Currently the latest profile posts are shown ABOVE the latest posts.
