Not a bug Usergroups: Banned - can upload attachments by default

Upload attachments to posts: - is set to Allow by default.

A slightly pedantry bug report as it doesn't really affect anything, but it should probably be set to Not Set (No) ?

There is no Banned user group by default in XenForo.

I presumed there was because it asked me to associate my current (IPB) banned usergroup (ID 5) with the XF one (ID 5) when I configured the importer; and didn't b5 introduce a "banned" group?

If the settings are based purely on importing my IPB banned group then it's a misreport on my part.
