As designed user with Reply Ban can still edit existing posts

Not sure if you will agree that this is a problem, but we had an issue where somebody got a Reply Ban in a thread and he then just stared editing his existing posts.

I believe that a Reply Ban should also block the ability of the user to edit his existing posts in that thread.

Tested in an XF Demo.

This is by design, as it is a reply ban. Not a thread ban.

I've got an add-on which changes this.

The design of this feature is mostly to stop a small number of users from allowing the thread to move on, so in that regard, it really is just designed to stop replies (hence the name). As such, I'm going to call this as designed. It could be extended to block more things, though that would likely be a separate/new feature.
