Not a bug User upgrade remains active if end date is changed to a past date

It's possible to edit a user upgrade, set a past date and the update will remain active.

User upgrades are expired by cron entry - this one would expire when the cron entry next runs.

To expire an upgrade immediately, you would just use the "Downgrade" option.

You didn't understand me, @Chris D, what I meant was that you shouldn't be able to enter a past date
