Fixed User Upgrade error after upgrade to 2.0.10

i got error after upgarded to 2.0.10 , that error in Users > User Upgrade

Just re-download XF 2.0.10 and it should be patched.

No version changes or any of that stuff. If you don't want to re-upload everything, the only changed files are:

• src/XF/Admin/Controller/UserUpgrade.php
• src/addons/XF/hashes.json
