Lack of interest User optional censoring

I think it would be nice to have user optional censoring. Where users can select in their settings whether they would like admin censored words to be censored or not, instead of universal censoring. Also would be nice to include the ability for users to have their own censor list, in addition of the admin censor list.

Additionally I think this should be optional and have user group permissions.

Considering some may use the censor list for banning certain words, names, or website URLs, this should at least be optional if implemented.
