XF 1.3 User Has No Text Box in FireFox

One of my users has no text box in FireFox. See image below.



FireFox version: 27.0.1
Windows version: Windows 7

She found a workaround: set browser to view > "no style." Any ideas?

Tell them to disable any browser extensions and clear all cache.

She fixed it. FireFox was saying everything was updated, but an update for "noscript" fixed it apparently.
