XF 2.1 User Group Promotion - Beaver?

If i have a User Group Promotion active for 10 posts, and after 10 posts i see the user is promoted to secondary user group. (Its working as expected)

But if i edit and remove the user from that secondary group, the user in the next cron rebuild promotions will not be promoted again?
I say this because the user is with 10 posts, what beaver i will expect for this?

Why would you manually remove someone who has been automatically promoted?

Doing so interrupts the automatic function and as you have discovered, they will no longer be promoted because the system has already promoted them.

You will need to go to the promotion history for that user and reset the promotion.
