Add-on User Block feature

Looking for an add-on for 2.1 that would essentially be an equivalent for an add on that existed for Xenforo 1.x that allows a facebook/twitter style blocking feature. One in which a blocked user's content will be completely invisible to the blocker and vice versa.

I know there are a lot of people anxiously awaiting this functionality.

Sounds very interesting. We may talk about the functions, and maybe i find a way to have it.

Admin grants the permission to block to users/usergroups.
Allowed to block vice-versa <= both are blocked for each other

Optional:
Allowed to block myself <= i am blocked for someone else
Allowed to block the other one <= another user is blocked (ignored) for me

What's about blocking own content in parts?

users be sensitive, need them to be able to block each other, specially the DM functionality.
