XF 1.3 Use Full Friendly URLs - Page Not Found

I seem to be getting a page not found on any link I select on my test forum when I have Use Full Friendly URLs enabled. This folder (forum) is password protected if that is importaing at all. I just upgraded this one yesterday to XF 1.3.2

Sorted the htaccess was incorrect
